The Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 UPM Internal Audit was held in 16th and 17th August 2021. The University Health Center (PKU) was one of the entities involved in the audit. On 17th August 2021, PKU was audited by the UPM audit team and the opening meeting was held at 2.30 pm by online.

During the opening of the audit briefing, Dr Fauziah Adnan as Head of PKU gave a brief introduction to the auditors on PKU's background. UPM's Internal Auditors are Mrs Suhana Md. Chairi (Chief Auditor) assisted by Mr. Mohd Sahrizan Mat Yatim and Mrs. Nor Hayati Mohamad Darus. The scope of the audit at the University Health Center involves the process of enrollment of new undergraduate students which includes security management of students’ information. During the audit, the auditors were more focused on the local undergraduate health examination process at PKU, customer information security controls, information security risk assessments, especially in the process of handling new student health examination, the use of e-klinik systems and verification of the effectiveness of controls in the security management system. The audit ended at 4.00 pm.
