The internal auditing was held on the 3rd of October 2017 with assistance from Mr Noor Mohamad bin Shakil Hameed from the Faculty of Engineering and Mr En. Mohd. Sahrizan bin Mat Yatim from Students' Affair Division as the auditors.
The auditing process began at 8.30am and was attended by the UHC Management Committee, UHC EKSA Council and Heads of EKSA Zones. The audit sessions were chaired by the Head of University Health Center, Dr. Fauziah Adnan. The session commenced with the introduction of the EKSA implementation in UHC by the UHC UKSA Chairman, Dr. Dasrilsyah Syahrial.
Audit visits were made throughout the EKSA areas at UHC, ended at about 1.30pm. Short reports have been provided by the auditors, who were generally satisfied with the EKSA elements and implementation that have been applied in UHC with some suggestions for continuous improvements.
The AMAL EKSA Campaign at UPM University Health Center was launched on the 21st of April 2017 by YBhg. Dr. Hajah. Fauziah Adnan, Head of the University Health Center and as the patron of the campaign. The ceremony's keynote address was delivered by YBhg. Dr. Dasrilsyah Syahrial as the Chairman of UHC EKSA Committee.
UHC EKSA has been set on Friday of each week, in which review on the EKSA practices will be carried out based on the standards set by the UHC EKSA Handbook. We hope the implementation of EKSA at the University Health Center is able to elevate the image and to enliven UHC, as well as to contribute towards the University Putra Malaysia "Green Campus" campaign.
