Which campus bus route should I take to the University Health Center?

There are three bus routes that stop at the University Health Center (routes to KTP, KPZ and K5).

I deferred my place for undergraduate studies this semester; can I still benefit from your health services?

Yes, provided you have paid the medical fees for the deferred semester.

I am an international student, can I use my insurance card at University Health Center?

No. Kindly refer to the International Students Office for further enquiries.

Yes. Kindly call us at 03-89468867 during office hours (Mon-Fri) to set an appointment.

Yes, at your own expenses.

Yes, at your own expenses. Kindly bring along the Pre-Marital HIV screening form.

No. We only accept cash (Malaysian Ringgit).

No. Our ambulance services are for UPM staff and students only.

No. Guarantee Letter issued by other government agencies is not accepted here.

How do I get dental treatment at University Health Center?

Kindly make an appointment in advance at the Dental Registration Counter(counter No.50) or please call 03-89741432(during office hours). However, for emergency cases (eg. tooth-ache or gum swelling), children, disabled and senior citizens, you may walk in without prior appointment.

How early should I come before my appointment?

You are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at 03-89471432.

What is the duration for a dental procedure?

Depending on the type of dental procedure, you will need to allocate at least 40 minutes.
